CN/LGL-01§ 01

DISPATCH

— shipping & delivery

— TRANSIT: Every order is dispatched tracked and insured. A tracking number is sent to your email address once the work leaves the museum.
— DOMESTIC · JP: Within Japan, delivery usually arrives in 2–4 business days after dispatch. Remote islands and outlying regions may take longer.
— INTERNATIONAL: International orders ship tracked and insured, arriving in 7–14 business days. Customs duties and import taxes are due on receipt and are the responsibility of the recipient.
— PROCESSING: Orders are prepared within 3 business days of confirmation. Made-to-order works are produced per order: graphic tees dispatch in 4–5 weeks, denim in 6–8 weeks. Dispatch may be delayed during a LIMITED EXHIBITION.
— FEE: Japan: ¥1,100 flat. International: ¥2,700–¥5,800 by destination region (EMS, tracked & insured). The exact rate is applied automatically at checkout from the delivery address.

RETURNS

— returns & exchanges

— POLICY: Underwear is a hygiene-sensitive product: opened pieces cannot be returned. Unopened pieces with tags intact are accepted within 14 days of delivery.
— EXCHANGE: One size exchange is offered free of charge. Further exchanges, and any price difference arising from an exchange, are borne by the customer.
— DEFECT: If a work arrives defective, contact us within 14 days of delivery. We will exchange it for the same work or issue a full refund.

PRIVACY

— DATA: Personal information is used only to dispatch works, process payment, communicate about your order, and improve this service.
— THIRD-PARTY: Payment details are processed securely by our payment provider. Ciel Noir never holds your card number.
— COOKIE: This site uses cookies for experience and analytics. You may disable them in your browser settings.
— RIGHT: You may request disclosure, correction, or deletion of your personal information at any time.

TERMS

— AGREEMENT: By using this service you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.
— PROHIBITED: Purchases for resale, unauthorized access, and any conduct contrary to law or public order are prohibited.
— IP: All content, images, logos, and text on this site belong to Ciel Noir. Reproduction without permission is prohibited.
— JURISDICTION: These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. Any dispute concerning this service falls under the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court in the first instance.
