HOW DO I CHOOSE A SIZE?
Use the size guide on each product page. The underwear is cut to sit just below the natural waist. If you are between sizes, select the larger size.
WHICH PAYMENT METHODS ARE SUPPORTED?
Checkout is powered by Stripe and supports major credit cards. Apple Pay and convenience-store options may appear when enabled by the payment provider and customer device.
HOW LONG DOES DISPATCH TAKE?
Orders are prepared within 3 business days after confirmation. Domestic Japan delivery usually arrives in 2-4 business days after dispatch.
CAN UNDERWEAR BE RETURNED?
Unworn, unopened pieces may be accepted under the legal archive terms. Opened hygiene products and final-sale pieces are not returnable unless defective.
WHAT IS ARCHIVE ACCESS?
ARCHIVE works are request-only. Submit one entry per email per collection. The founder reviews entries manually and selected patrons receive a private acquisition path.
WILL I RECEIVE AN EMAIL?
ARCHIVE requests return an Entry ID and send a confirmation email when mail settings are configured. Paid orders receive payment and fulfilment confirmations.
