Private does not mean vague. This page records how Ciel Noir handles visitor, patron, archive request, and acquisition data.
- COLLECTED INFORMATION
- We collect the minimum information needed to operate the catalogue: email address, shipping details, selected products, size, payment status, archive request notes, Instagram handle when voluntarily submitted, and support correspondence.
- PURPOSE
- Information is used for archive request review, order fulfilment, payment confirmation, customer support, fraud prevention, legal record keeping, and improving the browsing experience.
- PAYMENT DATA
- Card numbers are processed by Stripe. Ciel Noir does not store full card numbers or security codes on its servers.
- SERVICE PROVIDERS
- Operational data may be processed by Stripe, Supabase, Resend, Vercel, analytics providers, shipping carriers, and other vendors required for fulfilment and security.
- COOKIES
- Essential cookies support cart, session, security, and consent state. Analytics cookies may be used to understand catalogue performance. You may disable cookies in your browser, but checkout and cart functions may not work correctly.
- RETENTION AND RIGHTS
- We retain records only as long as needed for fulfilment, legal obligations, dispute handling, and archival proof. Requests for disclosure, correction, or deletion can be sent to cielnoir2026@gmail.com.
