Acquisition is a transaction. Access is a privilege. These terms set the rules for both.

CATALOGUE USE

The Ciel Noir website presents a limited catalogue of wearable works. Access to a page does not guarantee availability, selection, or acquisition rights.

ORDERS AND ARCHIVE REQUESTS

ESSENCE works may be acquired through the public checkout when available. ARCHIVE and MASTERPIECE works may require access request, selection, invitation, or private checkout flow.

PRICES AND PAYMENT

Displayed prices are in JPY unless otherwise stated. Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization and acceptance by Ciel Noir.

SIZING, RETURNS, AND HYGIENE

Underwear is a hygiene-sensitive product. Returns and exchanges are accepted only under the conditions shown in the legal archive and help page. Unworn, unopened, and defective-item rules apply.

PROHIBITED CONDUCT

Unauthorized resale, automated scraping, fraudulent checkout, abuse of private links, copying campaign assets, and misuse of certificates or NFC/authentication records are prohibited.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

Images, product names, copy, graphics, video, logos, certificates, and catalogue systems belong to Ciel Noir or its licensors and may not be copied without permission.
